Role Description: The Administrative Support Officer (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to teams across the organization. This position includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting customer-facing teams with accurate information and follow-up. The Administrative Support Officer will assist with tracking tasks, updating records in company systems, and ensuring that administrative processes are consistent, timely, and compliant with company policies. The role is entirely remote and requires effective collaboration with colleagues in different locations and time zones.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office workflows. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines. Comfort with remote work tools (email, video conferencing, collaboration platforms) and basic proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or support role is preferred; experience in technology or financial services environments is an advantage. High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications in administration or business are beneficial.
