The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other industry professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present accurate estimates, quotes, and proposals. Educate customers on products, warranties, financing options, and maintenance services. Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and customer inquiries. Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure accurate project scopes and pricing. Maintain customer and sales records in the CRM system while working toward sales goals.

Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience working as a plumber.
Experience using Service
Titan or software.
Working knowledge of plumbing systems and terminology preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
