About the role

RTX is seeking an Associate Director to lead AMRAAM Production Integration & Readiness. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical execution for Lot 39/40, coordinate across engineering, operations, and contracts, and serve as the primary interface to the customer and Global Air Dominance teams. Based in Tucson, AZ, this role requires security clearance readiness, strong leadership of large matrixed teams, and extensive experience with defense hardware production and program management.
