Paycom - ATS is hiring a Marine Painting and Finishing Technician in Holland, MI. The role operates on a 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm) with on-the-job training to develop skills in gelcoat, varnish, and protective coatings using spray equipment. You will prepare surfaces, inspect finishes, buff to a high-gloss, and ensure quality through material mixing and spray adjustments, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.
