About the role

University of Washington Libraries invites applications for the Associate Dean, Research & Learning Services, at the rank of Associate Librarian or Librarian. The role reports to the Dean and leads eight departments with approximately 130+ staff across three UW campuses. Hybrid work on campus and remote is eligible. We seek leaders committed to excellence in library service within a diverse academic community, with responsibilities spanning strategy, operations, and external partnerships.
