SNOW Architect (Service Now)Location: Phoenix, AZDuration: Long TermRate: DOERoles and Responsibilities:Architect and Design Solutions: Develop, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Implementation: Lead efforts to transition customized modules back to OOB solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and maximizing platform efficiency.Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to technical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to implement your architectural designs and integrate new ServiceNow capabilities.Business Translation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable ServiceNow solutions.Innovation and ROI Maximization: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and leverage them to create innovative solutions that enhance business value and ROI.Communication and Collaboration: Engage effectively with cross-functional teams and the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive strategic initiatives and broaden platform capabilities.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices, regulatory standards, and company policies, with meticulous documentation.Key Requirements:Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a deep understanding of the platform's latest capabilities.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive value.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project success.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with US laws and regulations related to data privacy, security, and software implementation.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer.Experience with OOB Solutions: Hands-on experience in transitioning customized ServiceNow modules back to out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions.Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business objectives.
