Judson CRE is an established commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in leasing and sales, exclusively catering to landlords, tenants and real estate investors. We are looking for commercial real estate Brokers to join our team, offering above-market compensation. POSITION: Judson CRE is looking for the following specialists for their team: - OFFICE LEASING- RETAIL LEASING- INVESTMENT SALES The ideal candidate can work both within the firm’s team structure and represent the firm externally.
Responsibilities: - Provides a high level of service and is known as a trusted advisor- Self-starter who is able to independently close transactions - Secures new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building - Able to prioritize deal cycle while maintaining a healthy conversion rate- Communicates well and is solution-oriented- Utilizes and keeps CRM updated Requirements: - Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant field.- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.- Strong communications and consensus building skills.- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks consistently.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Conscientious, reliable, and flexible.- High degree of professionalism and passion for success.- Understands market cycles and sets short and long-term strategies taking these into consideration.
