About the role
- Build custom paid search campaign plans and forecasts
- Run pre-campaign analysis to shape strategy and build Campaign Management and Optimization
- Build and execute campaigns, buying and bidding across search engines and platforms
- Monitor performance and analyze and optimize campaigns every day Reporting and Insights
- Deliver internal and client reporting, including post-campaign insights
- Develop media points of view and insights using our internal campaign management and BI tools Client Leadership
- Bring paid search thought leadership to top-tier clients
- Grow client business by surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships Cross-Team Support

- Leadership and Client Services, on priorities, client communication and account growth
- Data Analytics, on analysis, measurement and BI reporting
- Operations, on ad operations, troubleshooting, and tags and pixels
- Programmatic, social and traditional media teams, on cross-channel client programsTOOLS YOU’LL USEGoogle Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), including shopping campaigns; Google Tag Manager; Microsoft Excel; and Scale’s internal campaign management and BI tools. Amazon Ads, DSPs and social buying platforms are a plus.
- 3+ years of paid search experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including shopping campaigns
- Experience with tags, pixels and Google Tag Manager
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, plus a working knowledge of statistical models
- Comfort working with large datasets in Excel and BI tools
- Polished presentation skills and confidence in a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Agency or client-side paid search experience
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications
- Experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience with DSP and social media buying platformsWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Accurate campaign plans and forecasts
