School-Based BCBA – Calvert County, MDKelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide school-based behavioral services in Calvert County, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with educators, families, and related service professionals. Calvert County Public Schools offers a variety of specialized programs, including Behavior Development Programs, Structured Learning Environments, and Intensive Structured Learning Environments, providing BCBAs with the opportunity to support students with a wide range of behavioral and developmental needs. As a BCBA with Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you will: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data Provide consultation and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Help school teams implement positive, evidence-based behavioral strategies Support students in achieving their academic, social, and behavioral goals Why Kelly Pediatric Therapy?
