Field Service Technician

Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide start-up, training and repair services of (water system) equipment in the field as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communication with the customers.

Requirements: ∼ High School Diploma or equivalent required ∼ Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license ∼ Must possess or obtain a valid passport within ninety (90) days of hire date ∼ Must possess strong communication skills ∼ Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products ∼ Communicate professionally and in a service-oriented manner, both written and verbally, with customers, vendors, and manufacturers. ∼ Working in all industrial laundry facilities, and boiler/utility rooms. Climates vary from high heat to colder temperatures ∼ Providing and maintain detailed service/expense reports for all customers/site visits in a timely manner Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
