Job Title: Baler / Warehouse Associate
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (On Bus #11 Line)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends!)ALWAYS 40 hours a week no less
Pay: $13.00/hr (Weekly Pay | ~$500/wk | ~$2,000/mo)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Baler / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA for a long-term, full-time opportunity! In this role, you will play a crucial part in daily operations by operating clothing and cardboard baler.
Key Responsibilities:
Baler Operation: Safely and efficiently fill the hopper with donated clothing and cardboard materials up to 1,200 lbs.
Independent Execution: Work comfortably without direct supervision while consistently maintaining steady productivity and output.
Proactive Communication: Ask questions and engage with the Supervisor whenever procedures, safety rules, or priorities require clarification.
Warehouse Care & Safety: Execute general cleaning duties, organize workspace areas, and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse.
Equipment Handling: Safely operate a manual pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility as needed.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
Physical Capability: Strong upper-body strength with the ability to perform repetitive overhead reaching continuously throughout the shift.
Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dust-prone warehouse environment with variable seasonal temperatures (hot/cold).Reliability: Outstanding attendance, punctuality, and commitment to working all scheduled shifts.
Self-Management: Strong initiative, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.
