We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our wholesale sales team. You will help manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, communicate with domestic and international buyers, and work with internal teams to keep shipments on schedule. We are looking for someone who has worked in wholesale apparel or other softlines and understands how to follow through on orders and buyer requirements. Track wholesale purchase orders from receipt through delivery and follow up on open items. Communicate with buyers about order status, product availability, payments, shipping updates, and required documents. Coordinate with the sales, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving. Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy, discrepancies, and missing information. Prepare Excel worksheets, order summaries, and reports for the sales team. Complete buyer documentation, coordinate product testing, and assist with order changes. Organize and send product samples to buyers as needed. Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in wholesale apparel, accessories, or other softlines is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or equivalent, with 1+ years of wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of wholesale imports or related experience; or 3+ years sales experience
