This on-site position offers a growth-oriented opportunity with compensation starting at 100k+ depending on experience. Responsibilities include handling pre-litigation and litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, guiding plaintiff clients, coordinating with expert witnesses, and appearing at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
