About the role
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a commercial truck dealership, heavy equipment dealership, or related transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck sales, service, parts, and dealership operations.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational growth.
- Experience leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
