About the role

Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, the full-time salaried Healthcare Team Lead will manage physician claims A/R follow-up, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with client and company standards while working remotely or onsite. Key responsibilities Assist in developing, implementing, and managing operational goals for clients and the company Provide quality assurance reviews, feedback, and training to team members Monitor compliance with company and client standards while addressing day-to-day problem-solving needs Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED 8+ years of relevant experience in an office, business, operations, customer service, or healthcare setting Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, finance, or customer service-related responsibilities Strong background in physician claims A/R processes Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in mentoring team members
