Job Description: Job Description The ideal Assembler performs basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies. Assembles electronic components to meet performance standards.
Requirements: Assemble sub-assemblies and systems by following specific instructions. Able to solder desirable but not required Able to follow written instructions, visual aids, drawings, diagrams and travelers Identify electronic components and properly place them on the circuit board according to instructions. Proper use of soldering irons, tweezers and other standard assembly tools in sub-assembly and final assembly procedures. Ability use a microscope a plus Familiar with IPCs and J-STDs a plus Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a team oriented environment Knowledge of ESD practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent
