Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCyber Program Manager VP LevelMUST be local to New York City, Hybrid ScheduleSalary up to $160kNo Sponsorship Available, No Third Party Resumes will be AcceptedIn this role you will be responsible for managing the assigned cyber security-related projects, following the Transformation and Delivery Office guidelines within the determined timeline. You will be in a group with 2 others but also work with 10-15 people in different organizations. You will be required to have strong Excel, VLOOKUP, CoPilot, be able to do presentations, manipulate data, reporting, and PowerPoint. Experience running programs, doing governance, documentation, and working on coordination across teams.Key Responsibilities:Drive execution of cyber security initiatives through the full project life cycle from strategic project planning to delivery, including development of target state security processes, build and adoption of technology and security solutionsWork across multiple functions and legal entities, including Information Security, IT Risk, and Compliance, to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategyEnsure target end state is delivered inclusive of required governance, business process redesign, and appropriate cyber security and technology controlsManage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain program's RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program deliveryCoordinate all activities and dependencies of UAT and security validation testing to ensure successful acceptance by business and security owners, including defect management and reporting in JIRAProvide appropriate information share and updates with senior management, the CISO organization, and other key stakeholdersOversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providersRequirements:Strong Project Manager experience with track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives, including cyber security and technology risk programs, at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, budgeting, and resource allocationGood understanding of cyber security domains (e.g., Threat and Vulnerability management, security operations, data protection, Identity and Access Management, Security Governance), as well as finance, risk, operations, and data processes and the technologies enabling themStrong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision making skillsStrong stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functionsSuperior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staffSolid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
