Job Description:
Liberty Recycling is a leading provider of construction, aggregates, waste, and recycling solutions, serving clients across Middlesex, Mercer, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their waste, recycling, construction, and aggregate service needs Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities within the assigned territory Leverage existing customer relationships to generate additional business Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and site visits with prospective and existing customers Educate customers on Liberty Recycling’s products, services, and value-added solutions Prepare pricing, proposals, and sales agreements; negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and customer trends in the territory Maintain accurate records of customer, prospect, and lead activity in the company CRMOrganize contact lists and conduct timely follow-up to strengthen and grow customer relationships Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience Customer service experience with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory Strong technical and computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, AMCS, and Microsoft Office Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and customer needs
