Key Responsibilities:
Service-Focused Technicians Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Perform routine maintenance and plumbing inspections
Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and estimates to customers
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism
Installation-Focused Technicians Perform plumbing installations and system replacements
Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and plumbing fixtures
Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards
Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components
Maintain the safety of crew members, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience (service or installation)
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong technical skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range
$75,000 - $175,000 USD
