About the role

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Norfolk, VA store at 4314 Monarch Way. You will lead the night shift, oversee daily operations, ensure-safe food handling, and deliver outstanding customer service while baking and assisting the Cookie Crew. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a customer service role, experience with POS systems, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
