Summary: The Beautician provides cosmetology services to facility residents.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of a school of Cosmetology.
Licenses/Certification: Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Michigan. Liability Insurance Required. (Proof Must be Presented)
Experience: One year of experience as a beautician.
Essential Functions: Washes, cuts, and styles hair. Applies color and highlights to hair. Performs other tasks as assigned. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization. Skilled in the use hair coloring. Ability to be patient and polite.
