About the role
Colonial Group is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and promotion of a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment. You will run impactful training programs for employees, directly or through subordinates, across aviation-related operations.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, design training outlines, oversee on-the-job and classroom sessions, and measure training effectiveness to drive continuous safety improvements at Colonial Group.
