About the role

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs and MMICs leveraging GaAs and GaN technologies for Defense and Wireless markets. They are looking for a Principal MMIC Design Engineer who will report to a group in Milpitas, CA, but can be based remotely anywhere in the USA.They are looking for a BSEE, preferably an advanced degree with 8-15 or more years of MMIC Design, including PA, LNA and other circuits, with some experience designing in GaAs and GaN.Strong use of circuit simulation (ADS or MW Office), EM Simulation (HFSS) and testing skills required as well.
