About the role

The M.C. Dean, Inc. Maritime Division is seeking an experienced engineer to lead C4ISR installations on surface ships and submarines. You will work at shipyards worldwide, with primary sites in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA, contributing to design, installation, testing and commissioning of complex systems on US Navy platforms. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in shipboard C4ISR programs, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and proven project leadership. The role may require travel to other U.S.
