The HT Group is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a client team in Tampa, FL.
Position Overview:
• Employment Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - In Office • Pay Rate: $21hr+ DOE + Benefits • Start Date: Immediate (ASAP) • Dress Code: Business casual / professional In this role, you will provide essential support to the Operations Managers by handling job close-outs, verifying financial details, and assisting with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Job Close-Out Management: Process and manage job close-out tickets efficiently using our internal File Maker system. • Financial Verification: Review and verify costs for each customer and specific job to ensure accuracy before documents are forwarded to the Billing department for invoicing. • Administrative Support: Perform general office and administrative duties to keep the Tampa operations team organized and running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data review and verification. • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and office software. • Familiarity with database systems (File Maker experience is a strong plus, though training can be provided for the right candidate). • Experience in NDE a plus. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
