Pho Prime, LLC seeks a Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for field operations. You will source, screen, and onboard CDL drivers and field personnel in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience with ATS (Fountain a plus), and strong sourcing and communication skills to partner with hiring managers effectively.
