About the role
Role Overview:
This is a part-time, contracted role supporting the Costing and Master Data & Operations team by creating and maintaining purchase orders. The role is responsible for high-volume data entry, purchase order accuracy, and documentation accuracy to help ensure the timely execution of production and operational activities.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Creations & Management• Create, revise, and maintain Excel purchase orders throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in coordination with other Purchase Order Coordinator(s).• Check and confirm SAP POs against Excel POs.• Respond to purchase order inquiries and provide status updates as needed. Data Accuracy• Review purchase order data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.• Ensure article master and purchase order information accurately reflects approved production details.• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal team members.• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation. Master Data & Operational Support• Efficiently familiarize themselves with Supreme's diverse data sources and processes, including production, procurement, purchase orders, logistics, and costing.• Support additional master data operational tasks as assigned, including but not limited to preparing ASNs, validating master data, and ensuring data accuracy within SAP.• Reports directly to the Master Data & Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 0–2 years of experience in data and technology-related roles; apparel/retail industry experience is a plus.• Microsoft Office application experience is required.• SAP or ERP system experience is a plus.• Strong attention to detail with aptitude for basic mathematical calculations and data accuracy.• Highly organized with the ability to independently prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
