About the role
Drips is a fast-growing company offering automated SMS and phone conversations. You will configure customer campaigns in Drips' software, set up projects, and map audio files, keeping campaigns running smoothly in a collaborative remote environment.
You will handle a queue of requests from internal teams and clients, make changes, and fix issues using JSON-based configuration files and spreadsheets for data prep or bulk updates. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.
