About the role
Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Executive, Human Capital Risk will participate in setting client strategies, oversee project management for client service plans, and assist in the employee benefits renewal process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class client service and manage the entire client service experience
Proactively project manage client service plans and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
Assist in the management of employee benefits plan renewal and vendor sourcing processes
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management
Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
