About the role

The IFF Memphis site is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety compliance across four manufacturing units and a wastewater facility. This onsite role partners with operations and leadership to strengthen EH&S performance and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead regulatory audits, develop training, and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
