Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join the OVME team at anew and upcoming location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the beginning, helping build a strong client base and establish OVME within the local community. In this role, you’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services while building trusted, long-term relationships with your clients. Our practitioners combine clinical expertise with an individualized approach to care, helping clients achieve natural, confidence-building results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, committed to continued growth and education, and excited about the opportunity to help grow a new studio alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines. Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure. Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures. Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment. Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Education / Experience Requirements 2+ years of injecting experience. Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate. Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month. Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment. Social media proficiency is required. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees. Team player mentality. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Extremely detail-oriented. Self-starter and passion for learning. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
