About the Role:
Support and partner directly with the Creative Director of a luxury fine jewelry brand. Manage all aspects of the Creative Director’s world — calendar, communications, travel, and day-to-day scheduling — with precision, discretion, and professionalism. Serve as a trusted creative sounding board — someone who can engage in real conversations about brand direction, trends, and ideas before they go further. The ideal candidate is organized, intuitive, and genuinely passionate about luxury, design, and fine jewelry — someone who anticipates needs, executes flawlessly, and can be trusted completely.
Responsibilities:
Support and partner directly with the Creative Director of a luxury fine jewelry brand.
Manage all aspects of the Creative Director’s world — calendar, communications, travel, and day-to-day scheduling — with precision, discretion, and professionalism.
Serve as a trusted creative sounding board — someone who can engage in real conversations about brand direction, trends, and ideas before they go further.
Support the development and execution of long-term creative strategy — trend research, mood boards, inspiration sourcing, and seasonal creative roadmaps.
Coordinate cross-functionally between design, marketing, production, and sales — translating creative vision into actionable next steps.
Support planning and execution of brand events, trunk shows, product launches, and VIP experiences.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and recaps for key meetings and creative reviews.
Manage special projects from concept through completion — this role moves at the speed of creativity.5 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan.
