Our Culture:
At WG, we take our work seriously, but we also want to genuinely enjoy our days together, even with most of the team working remotely. That's why we're intentional about culture, and just as intentional about who joins us. We look for people who will make our days better, not just fill a seat. What that builds is a place where great work gets recognized, ideas get heard, and your growth is never an afterthought. It's part of the plan. If you're the kind of professional who values mastery and genuine mentorship, WG isn't just another stop in your career. It's where you'll do your best work. Our Core Values
Pursue Excellence — Bring your best self. Own your work. Commit to learning.
Go the Extra Mile — Pay attention to detail. Exceed expectations. Offer to help.
Inspire Accountability — Understand your impact. Commit to the WG Way, never compromise on client service.
Show Your Smarts — Collaborate. Propose solutions. Think methodically.
Lead with Kindness — Put people first. Respect and serve others. Find the positive. Why WG for Tax Managers
Are you a tax professional who takes pride in doing exceptional work but keeps hitting walls at firms that don't give you the tools, support, or environment to actually do it? At WG, our tax department is different. Our tax managers don't spend their days putting out fires or cleaning up after undertrained staff. They do real, complex, advisory-level work, with a team held to the same high standards, processes that actually work, and leadership that's always looking for smarter ways to do things. If you believe great tax work is more than checking boxes and filing volume, and you want a firm that believes that too, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
