NOW HIRING FULL-TIME CMA / SURGICAL SCHEDULERBusy physicians office in Bensalem, PA is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Surgical Scheduler to join our team. Position: Full-Time CMA / Surgical Scheduler
Location: Bensalem, PA
Schedule: Monday Friday 9AM TO 5PM
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients and obtaining vitals Assisting the physician with patient care and office procedures Scheduling surgeries and procedures Completing surgical paperwork and coordinating with hospitals/facilities Obtaining insurance authorizations and verifying benefits Communicating with patients regarding upcoming procedures Answering phones and scheduling appointmentsEMR documentation and general medical office duties Assist with additional office and clinical responsibilities as needed. What were looking for: Certified Medical Assistant preferred Medical office experience preferred Surgical scheduling experience is a PLUS, but we are willing to train the right person Comfortable working with patients and handling multiple responsibilities Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Professional, friendly, and willing to learn We are a small, busy specialty practice, so were looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, and wants to become a long-term part of our team.
