About the role
Sway Creative Labs is seeking a systems-minded Designer to own scalable templates and a Figma system for high-volume, multi-channel campaigns. Remote-first with occasional in-person Norfolk, VA collaboration, and a preference for candidates within ~90 miles of Norfolk. You'll build reusable component libraries, templates, and AI-enhanced workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality, delivering social-native creative across platforms.
