About the role
In-Shape Solutions, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador (MEA) to serve as the heartbeat of In-Shape Fitness. You will foster meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and teammates, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across our clubs.
As a MEA, you’ll guide new members, promote membership options, assist with app onboarding, lead tours of club amenities, and support retail initiatives while maintaining a welcoming, energetic environment.
