Project Controls Analyst

Supports project managers in planning, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and project completion for construction projects. Coordinates project documentation, payment applications, change management, risk tracking, subcontractor issues, and construction progress. This is a traveling role with up to 70% travel. Prepare monthly forecasts, financial-at-completion projections, cost analyses, and variance reports. Manage project budgets, commitments, actual costs, schedules, and status reporting. Coordinate project meetings, minutes, documentation, risk registers, and change management. Administer contracts, payment applications, subcontractor backcharges, and formal notices. Support punch-list management, warranty review, procurement, permits, inspections, and owner issues. Collaborate with project managers, project field engineers, and superintendents on construction progress and provide process training.
