About the role
Paycom - ATS located in Beaumont, TX, seeks an experienced Heavy Haul/Rigging Assistant to support crane operations. You will assist with crane setup, equipment maintenance, rigging techniques, and safe load lifting, while also handling vehicle inspections and equipment maintenance tasks. The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of heavy haul and rigging experience, and a valid CDL Class A license.
