You will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets for the world's most researched physical education and physical activity programs. Customers look to you for expert guidance on SPARK solutions to support their program objectives.What will you be doing?Sales profit goals: Through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned SPARKRepeatable sales process and project proposals: Through assigned processes defined by the sales operating systemIdentify and progress opportunities: Document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standardsProcess, product, and in-market presentation training: Completion of assigned trainingQuality Customer Interactions: Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standardsOperational Improvement: Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimizationRequirementsCollege degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experienceA lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company's mission statement "To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity"NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not requiredProficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating SystemPrevious SPARK experience or knowledge preferredWhy join our Team?You'll get satisfaction knowing you're helping millions of kids around the world have fun and become more active and healthy.
