Our service portfolio spans managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and co-managed IT backed by a best-in-class support team and a commitment to proactive, relationship-driven service.We are growing aggressively and looking for a relentless, hungry Outside Sales Hunter to drive new business development across the DFW market.Position OverviewThe Outside Sales Representative is a pure new-business hunter role this is not an account management or farming position. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, targeting SMB and mid-market companies (20500 employees) across the DFW Metroplex. This individual is self-motivated, resilient, and driven by the thrill of winning new logos and building lasting client relationships.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary$55,000 $75,000 (DOE)On-Target Earnings$110,000 $150,000+Commission StructureUncapped, recurring MRR-basedTerritoryDallasFort Worth MetroplexAdditional benefits include:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchMonthly mileage reimbursementCell phone and laptop providedKey ResponsibilitiesProspect relentlessly via targeted cold calling, door-knocking, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referral partnerships to build a robust pipeline of net-new opportunitiesConduct discovery calls and in-person meetings to identify prospect pain points and position our managed services as the solutionDevelop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses tailored to each prospectOwn the full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement, coordinating with solutions engineers on technical scoping as neededMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and new logo targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pipeline activity, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM (ConnectWise / HubSpot)Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, and industry associations (e.g., Dallas Regional Chamber, DFW tech events) to build brand presence and generate leadsCollaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, LinkedIn outreach sequences, and account-based marketing initiativesProvide market feedback to leadership on competitive positioning, pricing, and emerging customer needsWhat Success Looks Like30 Days: Completed onboarding, mastered our service stack, built initial prospecting list of 150+ targets, and made first 50+ outbound touches90 Days: Active pipeline of 10+ qualified opportunities, first proposal delivered, attending at least 2 networking events per month6 Months: First new logos closed, $5,000$10,000 in new MRR booked, tracking toward full quota attainmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaExperience selling technology solutions, IT services, or managed services strongly preferredDemonstrated hunter mentality comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and building pipeline from scratchStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to speak to both business decision-makers and IT stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over video/phoneProficiency with CRM tools (ConnectWise, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation this role requires regular travel throughout the DFW MetroplexBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsExisting relationships with DFW-area SMB or mid-market decision-makers (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors)Familiarity with managed services concepts: RMM, NOC/SOC, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, VoIP, and business continuityExperience selling recurring-revenue or subscription-based technology solutionsActive involvement in DFW business or technology networking communitiesWho You AreYou are the type of salesperson who wakes up thinking about their pipeline.
