About the role

SPAN is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end bring-up of a new manufacturing facility. You will own the master plan, coordinate site selection with legal and finance, and manage incentives with state and local authorities while ensuring readiness across equipment, processes, and staffing. You will build dashboards for executives, mitigate schedule and budget risks, and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, HR, and finance through a dynamic build-out.
