About Gradan Capital Gradan Capital is an institutional specialty finance platform providing working capital to small and mid-sized businesses through merchant cash advances and business lending. We make fast, disciplined credit decisions backed by real risk analysis, and we're scaling our team to match our deal flow.
The Role: We're hiring a Deal Pricing Analyst to evaluate and price incoming deals. You'll analyze bank statements and financials, assess risk, and structure offers that are competitive and properly protected. Your numbers will drive real funding decisions every day, and you'll work directly with senior underwriters and leadership.
What You'll Do: Price MCA and lending deals: advance amount, factor rate, holdback, term, and payment frequency Analyze bank statements for revenue, cash flow, NSFs, and existing positions Review credit reports and financials to flag risk and stacking Build and maintain pricing models and deal files in Excel and our CRMTurn around pricing quickly and accurately, often the same day Help sharpen our pricing guidelines as we scale
What We're Looking For: Strong with numbers, and comfortable reading financials and bank statements Advanced Excel skills (lookups, formulas, basic modeling)0 to 3 years in MCA, lending, underwriting, or finance. MCA experience is a strong plus. Fast, precise, and able to handle volume without cutting corners Clear communicator who asks the right questions Degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred. Real ability matters more than pedigree. Location Fully on-site in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, on the Kings Highway corridor. Please apply only if you can commute to this area reliably, five days a week. Compensation $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience. There is room to grow as the platform scales.
