job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and provide professional customer service Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper files Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed Order office supplies and assist with inventory Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents Assist multiple departments with general clerical support Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Professional demeanor and positive attitude Preferred Skills Fast and accurate data entry Strong time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Dependable with excellent attendance
