About the role

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will manage 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring on‐time, safe, high‐quality service while coaching teams and coordinating with operations. The role emphasizes data‐driven decision making, use of the iValet dashboard, and strong communication. Scheduling is Sunday–Thursday evenings with some flexible hours and a company vehicle provided.
