About the role

Elanco is seeking an Upstream Bioprocess Development Scientist to advance upstream processes for its Biotherapeutic portfolio. You will work across scales from flasks to bioreactors, collaborating with Downstream, Formulations, and Analytical teams to drive innovation and quality. The role emphasizes design of experiments, safety, data integrity, and preparation of regulatory‑relevant documentation. Travel is 10% with hybrid work locations globally, including Indianapolis.
