About the role
Executive Assistant(New York, NY - Hybrid)Madison Street Search has partnered with a high-growth AI and technology company seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate domestic and international travel. Triage communications, prioritize requests, and track follow-ups. Coordinate meetings, events, dinners, appointments, vendors, and other logistics. Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, customers, partners, candidates, and other senior stakeholders. Provide select personal and professional support. Leverage AI, automation, and modern productivity tools to improve organization and efficiency. Handle sensitive business and personal matters with exceptional discretion.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, senior executive, investor, or principal. Background in technology, AI, software, startups, or a similarly fast-paced environment strongly preferred. Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT.Exceptional judgment, organization, discretion, and follow-through. Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage priorities independently. Polished, adaptable, and comfortable working with highly driven individuals. NYC-based and comfortable working in the office 3–5 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term partnership with a successful founder in a fast-growing technology environment. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
