Compensation: $17 hourlyResponsibilities:
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsTake incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsGive every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersMitigate customer complaints as neededGeneral bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-dateQualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsHigh school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredAbout CompanyAt ARK Hospitality, our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
