About Extra Mile Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, which sells online and in our store. We have made the Inc. 5000 list four times. We are now designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. Hyper Jam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, and 20 more are coming in 2027.Our goal is $100 million in sales by 2030. Getting there takes more leaders, and we would rather grow them ourselves. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters. About the program The Extra Mile Business Training Program is for recent college grads who want to learn how a business really runs. You will work across every part of the company. Our goal is to have you ready to lead a business unit or a key area (like sales, operations or product) within two to three years. You will get real responsibility early. You will also get a lot of support along the way. What we are buildingA path to $100 million. New products, new brands and new channels, all built by a team that grows with the company. Our own products, sold nationwide. Hyper Jam is just the start. Each new product needs people who can launch it, sell it and support it. A creator and affiliate program. Athletes, coaches and creators who promote our brands, starting with Hyper Jam and our NIL partnerships with college athletes. A team that runs on systems. We use EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) to set clear goals, track the numbers that matter and solve problems as a team. Leaders from within. Many of the people running our business today started in entry level roles. This program is how we keep doing that.
What you will do: Learn our customers, products and systems from day one Rotate through ecommerce, marketing, operations, product and finance Take on real projects with clear goals and numbers to hit Join our leadership and business training, including book studies and online courses Bring ideas that help us grow sales and profit Work toward leading a business unit or functional area

What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 3.6 GPA or higher Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools Hardworking, coachable and positive Willing to put in 50+ hour weeks while you learnA love of reading and learning (we read 10+ business books a year together)Former college athletes and sports fans are a big plus
