ABOUT THE ROLEWe are an automotive film manufacturer based in Jurupa Valley, CA, producing and distributing a premium line of protective and appearance films. As a growing company launching from the ground up, we are building a team that is as invested in our success as we are. The Warehouse Associate is a critical member of our production and fulfillment operation — responsible for the accurate handling, organization, and dispatch of finished film products. This role is central to ensuring that our manufacturing output reaches customers on time and in perfect condition. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, operates with precision, and wants to grow within a company that promotes from within.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Stage, organize, and manage finished goods inventory within the facilityPick, pack, and process outgoing customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant production floor and storage areasOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safelyTrack inventory levels and movements using our warehouse management system (WMS) Coordinate with production and sales teams to prioritize and fulfill time-sensitive ordersIdentify and communicate inventory discrepancies or process improvement opportunitiesContribute to the development of standard operating procedures as our operation scalesRequirementsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferredForklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidateAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shiftHigh attention to detail — precision matters when handling specialty film productsReliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a team-first environmentFamiliarity with WMS, inventory software, or barcode scanning systems is an advantage A growth mindset with interest in advancing into a lead or supervisory capacityBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays
