About the role

nVent is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data and AI Architecture to define the technical direction for data and AI across the organization. You will shape multi-year architecture strategy, govern data flows, and set standards and governance to scale with the business. You will lead end-to-end design for enterprise data solutions, master data management, and AI/ML architecture, while partnering with executives to align investments and roadmap with business priorities.
